MDesign Remodeling provides residential design and remodeling services throughout the Bay Area, including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, full home renovations, ADUs, open layouts, sunrooms, extensions and outdoor living spaces.
All services are provided based on individual project agreements, design plans, and construction contracts signed with each client.
Every remodeling project requires a written agreement that outlines the scope of work, materials, estimated timeline, and payment schedule. Work begins only after both parties approve and sign the contract.
Any changes to the original scope of work may require written change orders and may affect the project cost or timeline. The signed agreement supersedes any previous verbal discussions or preliminary estimates.
Design concepts, drawings, and 3D renderings created by MDesign Remodeling are provided as part of the project planning process and remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Certain projects may require permits or approvals from local building departments. MDesign Remodeling assists with the permitting process when required, but approval timelines may vary depending on the city or county.
While we strive to complete projects within the estimated timeline, construction schedules may be affected by factors such as permit approvals, material availability, inspections, weather, or unforeseen site conditions. Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed due to factors outside our reasonable control.
Payment schedules are outlined in the project agreement. Payments are typically structured in phases based on project progress.
Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in a delay or suspension of work.
