Challenges

Although the homeowners wanted a dramatic transformation, they preferred to keep the existing plumbing layout to reduce construction time and cost. The challenge was creating a high-end custom appearance within the original footprint while maximizing visual impact.

Our Solution

By maintaining the existing layout, we focused on upgrading every finish and fixture throughout the space. Rich green handmade-look porcelain tile creates a bold feature wall inside the tub/shower, complemented by matte black plumbing fixtures and a frameless sliding glass enclosure for a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

A custom floating walnut vanity paired with a black quartz countertop, integrated sink, arched mirror, and modern sconces adds warmth and sophistication while making the room feel more spacious. Every material was carefully selected to create a timeless design with minimal maintenance.

Final Result

This guest bathroom was transformed from a standard builder-grade space into a modern retreat that feels custom and inviting. By preserving the existing layout while introducing premium finishes, floating cabinetry, designer lighting, and rich textures, the remodel delivers a luxurious look with exceptional value.
